I have a 2 bedroom ground floor flat in a quiet block of 6 flats. Nice neighbours. About a 5 min walk to a parade of shops and 15min walk to Elm Park Station. Bus stops 5 mins walk. My flat is spacious large main bedroom and medium size 2nd bedroom. Lounge is a good size. I have separate toilet from the bathroom. Kitchen nice size. Just outside my door is the door to the communal gardens which is very big with washing lines. There's a area outside my flat also where I have put my own washing line, table and chairs.pot plants etc. It's quite private and hardly anybody uses the outside. You could probably fence it off I just haven't done so. Also you have a large metal shed.
