Anyone looking to downsize

I have a lovely 1 bedroom bungalow with shower room, with new Trinton shower. Decent size bedroom and lounge, kitchen is 18 months old and still in perfect condition. It has a ramp access from the footpath to the front door. We have an open plan rear garden along the length of the bungalows but have our own section. I maintain my own garden but if you can't the council cut the grass. There's a access to the rear garden between myself and my neighbor allowing easy access to the rear. This is also flat and level for anyone with mobility issues. Nice neighbors. I want to swap with a 2 bedroom property with a private garden. If it's a flat, I would need ground floor. I would also be interested in houses where it's possible to install a stair lift. I require a 2 bed for my step daughter
