This flat is in Southeast London Camberwell, it is a council Flat, few minutes away by bus from Peckham, Elephant and castle, Brixton, Oval, Close to Schools, Arts University, 24/hrs Shops, Bars, St Giles church, Across the road from St Giles surgery, Brunswick park behind me, Closest station is overhead Denmark Hill Station, Oval underground station & Elephant and Castle. Bus stops 5mins walking distance. Kings College hospital 10m. I am generally wanting to move to a bigger place and change areas, as I’m out growing my 2bedroom Flat. Looking for 3 bedrooms With garden or balcony or extra 4 bedrooms considering places like N7, north London areas Holloway,Islington,Kent,Surrey,Hertfordshire, Oxford,Sutton, West Dulwich,and outside of London areas. I am seriously looking for a move to a new area looking for someone wanting to downsize to a small easy living flat or needs the location of Camberwell Se5. I don't mind if your property needs decorating if a good location. Also if you cannot do stairs my property may not be right for you there is a a small flight to my front door.
