We have a beautiful 2 bed bungalow, fully adapted.. with a carport, brick shed, plus a large shed.. large lounge diner, small kitchen, 2 good sized bedrooms one with built in wardrobes.. we have a kingsized bed in it.. the 2nd bedroom fits a double bed in plus a wardrobe, desk etc. We have a wet room newish flooring.. new central heating. Good sized garden out the front. Back garden is large, with some decking, grass, well maintained. Beautiful area.. our village is lovely.. tesco 5 mins in the car, with a coop.. town is 10 mins in the car.. Dr's literally 5 mins walk.. Good schools, 5 min walk.. very quiet area. Lovely neighbours. We need a 2 bed adapted bungalow only.. decent sized garden with of road parking.. no steps or stairs. we have family in Newquay. Serious swappers only pls.. many thanks
