Swap from Rochdale to Bolton (property needed)

I have a 2 bedroom maisonette in Rochdale, the area is nice the shops doctors dentists and schools are close by. The bedrooms are a good size in one of the bedrooms there’s a storage room and storage throughout the property. The back garden is a good size, pets allowed. My front garden isn’t big but it’s still a nice path where you can add plants etc. I’ve not decorated the property so please do look past that as you would be putting your own touch to it. I’m up to date with my rent so the swap/exchange should be easy. I’m looking to move in to a two bedroom house or flat in Bolton or even Manchester areas Whalley range fallow-field hulme I would consider. I have two young boys so I would definitely need a back garden I’m not so fussed about the front, so anyone interested please contact me
