I have a 3 bedroom ground floor maisonette In Portsmouth With Portsmouth city council , kitchen diner loads of cupboard space or room to build . Front and back shed . with front and back garden . Front garden is fake grass back garden paving slabs but needs doing I?ve lived here nearly 31 years In a large council estate near to numerous schools town centre train station, the beach is a short bus ride away or 5 mins in the car . I?m looking to move to any 2 bedroom property in Chichester or surrounding area I will consider anything up to 2nd floor, I?m scared of heights so no higher .
