On offer is a large two bedroom, end terraced house in Arbury on a very quiet residential street with fantastic neighbours. Within a few minute walk of NCA school, the Grove primary school, Tesco express on Campkin road and close to the C1 bus stops.
The house has one very large bedroom and a large double bedroom. A good sized back garden - with decking and patio areas, a large-ish brick shed, a side passage leading to the front garden, a fairly good sized front garden and off street parking. Alongside the large bedrooms, it has a good sized lounge, dining room - which has a breakfast bar built in, hallway, kitchen, attic and bathroom. The bathroom has a cast iron bath (the old style ones), with a shower over the bath.
