A good sized back garden - with decking and patio areas, a large-ish brick shed, a side passage leading to the front garden, a fairly good sized front garden and off street parking. Alongside the large bedrooms, it has a good sized lounge, dining room - which has a breakfast bar built in, hallway, kitchen, attic and bathroom. The bathroom has a cast iron bath (the old style ones), with a shower over the bath. Large understairs cupboard. All rooms are very bright! The house is with Cambridge city council, has RTB.
