I have a 2 bed flat in broad-water , Stevenage, Hertfordshire my flat is on the first floor it has 2 big double bedrooms , a built in kitchen in the living room , a big massive balcony for the summertime , it has a patio door in the main double bedroom also a built in closet with a clothes pole for your stuff loads of room in the hall way there is a massive big storage cupboard for you items , the flat has a private car park with a allocated space for my flat away from the road and street at the back of my flat building , the flat has big spacious rooms its really spacious for a 2 bed flat once fully decorated it will have full potential just needs some love and care and it will be a beautiful home I just need to be closer to family MY FLAT IS CLOSE TO SHOPS AND SCHOOLS ETC 5 MINUTE WALK TO IT ALL there is so many nice neighbours in my street all so friendly I wouldnt want to move if it wasn't for moving close to family I need either a 2 bed house with driveway and a private garden or a 2 bed first floor flat with private parking and it must have a massive balcony and spacious cupboard's for storage
