I have a 3 bedroom parlour with driveway in wa92bz. I have living room and dining room as I use the parlour for a 4 bedroom all so 2 good size bedrooms upstairs and a box room which is a fair size and a separate bathroom and toilet I have a smallish kitchen that leads to the back garden which is a big size does need work doing to it as hubby can't keep up with it it has all so got 2 brick sheds and a patio. My house will need New flooring as don't want to pay out as would rather spend it on the next house I am in the middle of repainting just to tidy it up so not bothered if the new house needs decorating or New flooring as prepared to do it myself this house is close to schools and parks and good transport links. I am looking for a 3 bedroom parlour with driveway in Sutton heath, thatto heath and Moss Bank and surrounding areas not bothered if it's needs decorating and flooring as will do it myself all so ideally needs to have a shed that comes with the house if possible
