Council property only

My mum is in a 1 bedroom ground floor flat with the council lovely back garden which is all closed in and a side entrance to the front garden and 1 shed by the front door and 1 wooden shed in the back garden tidy size. All room in the flat are a nice size for a couple or a single person living on there own. 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen, bath room, 1 hall way also loads of storage in the flat. We live 2 minutes from the rugby fields and park. We also are a 5 minute walk to town centre and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. At the end of our road is a bus stop for Carmarthen x11 and Swansea x11. Train station is a 5 minute walk from the property as well. We are looking to swap for a 2 bedroom house or bungalow as I?ve had to move back in with her and we have been waiting for over 16 months and no joy with the council. My mums health isn?t the best with all this stress and with her actual health so we need help.
