Four bed semi wanting anywhere in sussex

We have a beautiful bedroom three storey house in Botley. It has a wetroom downstairs, middle floor bathroom, and an extra toilet upstairs. This is a house for life with Aster, and can accommodate things like stairlifts etc. we have extra wide hallways, large bathrooms and no steps to get in or out of the house. We have a lovely small/medium garden with two sheds and three parking spaces at the back of the garden in the little car park. There is also a visitors space. we have solar panels and very cheap electric bills (between £35 and max £50 a month). That is with three adults and one child. We no longer need a large four bedroomed house and need to downsize and get nearer to my parents in Horsham. We will consider any area across Sussex, also the borders of Surrey too. We would consider a two bedroom IF it has a separate dining room. Thank you.
