Anyone looking to down size from a 4 to a 3 bedroom. I have a three bedroom house, currently using the dining room as a 4th bedroom (the picture of the room that ***s the garden at the bottom is the dining room). Court yard, decent size garden. This house was originally adapted for disability needs but the person no longer lives here so I removed the stairlift and shower seat (can be replaced if needed or not)
Looking for a larger home minimum 4 bed or a spacious 3 bedroom with dining room, must have garden and pets allowed. This is a must. I will consider all of Hampshire. I live in Portsmouth, very close to schools, transport. I?m around a 8 min drive to the city centre. With PCC my rent is on the high end at around ?938 a month so this would be something you need to consider.
