Currently lived at my 3 bedroomed house for 25 years this year. Does need a few bits and bobs doing but Housing association is aware of the repairs. Have 3 bedrooms 2 small doubles and a single bathroom upstairs living room medium size and the same for the kitchen downstairs toilet. 14/15foot rear garden all fenced off apart from small gap towards the bottom. Rear double gates. Front gardens medium sized. Currently looking to swap to a 2 bedroomed bungalow due to my husband ill health Currently has a heart condition so walking up and down the stairs is quite difficult. We would also like to be nearer our grandchildren because we don't drive so my husband doesn't get to see them very often because he can't do public transport. Thank you 😊
