Sandra St.Ives by the sea

I have a lovely 1 bed flat on 1st floor of 2 . So one flight of stairs to my property . A lovely little sun spot balcony at end of my galley kitchen with stables doors front and back . Brand new shower and sink room being put in today with née flooring .Same new loo and flooring. I am right by the sea. I sit by my front door and watch the sunset. Its beautiful but I have to move back to Central London to be with family. My property is shorthold tenancy with Live West Housing. They are brilliant.
