It has 2 living rooms downstairs and a new kitchen fitted in a few months ago. Spacious 2 bedrooms upstairs with fitted wardrobes. Garden is decent sized. Parking isn’t an issue usually get a space right outside the house. Have a corner shop a few doors down which has everything inside. Doctor surgery is a 2 minute walk down from the house. Dentist is also a 5 minute walk from the house. Morrisons, Asda B&M Poundland is close to the house even if you don’t have a car you can still walk it to the stores. Bus to city centre and to the airport are just a few mins walk away. Train station one way takes you to Moor street station and the other side takes you to the airport. We don’t have pets so the property is kept in clean conditions. I don’t want to leave this property but as I have got 4 children I need space as this house is now overcrowded for me.
