3-bedroom house will swap for a bungalow

A council property officially a '3-bedroom house' - realistically it's a 2 bedroom house with a spare/box room/small bedroom, with gardens front and a large back garden. Double-glazing, gas central heating, off-street parking, fast internet. Recently had all carpets removed (except stairs) from all rooms and replaced with wall-to-wall faux wood vinyl flooring, including hall, kitchen and bathroom. Ground floor - Front; reception, back, lounge, with adjoining very small kitchen. First floor - 2 large bedrooms, 1 small bedroom/spare/box room, Bathroom/toilet with shower. As I'm classed as 'under occupied', I receive a large grant from my council if I vacate my house and swap with a family. Please note - family only - single people don't qualify. I prefer a bungalow. N.B. I can't move until end of August as I have family staying for a few weeks. Will consider anywhere in London as well as Crouch End. Main things I need - Bungalow, close to bus stops and shops, prefer small garden, or none at all! - and mainly - quiet.
