Our house is in a semi rural location, 3 bedrooms one is large sized, medium sized bedroom and a smaller one, airing cupboard and loft. Upstairs has laminate down. Smallish bathroom. Downstairs is vinyl laminate flooring. We have a Downstairs toilet what is a good size, medium sized garden and good sized living room with a storage cupboard you can walk in, storage cupboard in the hallway and good sized kitchen we have a American double fridge and it fits nicely. Garden needs work but is a blank canvas to start over. We are on a dead end cul de sac, most houses are brought here sought after area, very quiet area, semi rural, 5 mins drive to the village or 10 minutes of walking.primary School/ high school, co-op and a petrol station within walking distance, the village has a few cafes and other shops, pubs short walk away, lovely country side area lots of green space around and plenty of places within driving distance, close to the m23 about 15/20 minutes drive, Brighton is 35/40 minutes away or biggest town is crawley around 20 minutes drive away. Bus routes and our nearest smaller town is Haywards Heath, what has a variety of shops, cafes, pubs eateries, clothes shops etc. looking for similar sized house to what we have or a 4 bed house./room to make extra bedroom.
