Wanted another 1 bedroom off with garden

So here we have my light and airy flat, it's ground floor and I am able to have my door open all day on a daily basis. It has a fenced area for my use only and my entrance is for me only. I have 2 sheds and we also have a communal laundry if you are like me want to save money on your water bills, but there is room for one if you wanted. I have a nice size lounge, bedroom that fits my king size bed, double wardrobe etc on with still plenty of room to move about. It has a shower over the bath, kitchen with is a ok size. In a ideal world I would find someone who has a 1 bedroom house or half house ground floor with a garden they no longer wish to keep. I am open to any area in Plymouth
