Family commitments

I have a lovely 1 bed(kingsize) gff it is in town but tucked away and only 3 floors,well kept communial garden,5 mins from beach,wet room with grab rails also around the toilet,wheelchair friendly,all amenities easy to get to.pets allowed.I am looking for a property with my own garden needed for myself and my ageing dog who has been my companion for 13 years after the death of my husband.My dear sister needs me in Horncastle and I need to be with her,so Horncastle would be perfect but nearby considered.We have basically decided that we want to live with each other for the end of our lives my sister is 75 and I am 65 neither of us in great health.Unfortunately my life has not been a good one so this would be perfect for us.
