Bus routes directly into the town centre with bus stop less than a 5 minute walk away. The house has a decent size back garden with a small brick shed and it also backs onto a large open field, perfect for dog walking. 2 double size bedrooms neutrally decorated, brand new white council kitchen, carpeted throughout, bathroom has bath and brand new shower. Parking on road outside house but drive way can be put in with a fee through the council. We want a decent size garden as wooden shed in photo will be coming with us. Drive would be a plus or permission to be able to put own drive in. We do not want rough areas!
