Good sized 2 bedroom semi with driveway (Large double bedrooms) separate dining room which could be used as another bedroom, surprisingly quite location with the majority of surrounding houses privately owned, friendly neighbours, good size secure rear garden, large patio with double brick sheds, if you're unfamiliar with the area we're right on the boarder of London & Kent (It's the London borough of Bexley but also Bexleyheath Kent) so location good for traveling to anywhere really with train stations, bus stops, local shops and doctors all within walking distance & short drive to hospitals, local town centers, Bluewater shopping centre, Dartford tunnel, M25 and other major roads. Room measurements - Front Room-173x139, Back Room-137x97, Kitchen 137x106, Front Bedroom-158x134, Back Bedroom-137x113, Bathroom & Toilet-89x56. All measurements are in inches. (We are also on Home Swapper, Glass Bob & House Exchange). We need a 3 - 4 bedroom house with driveway or allocated parking and back garden, preferably 4 bedroom but 3 bedroom would be considered, must be able to park directly outside as we have disabled children, our eldest boy can walk but not far and has energy/strength problems so we received a wheelchair from wheelchair services after being referred by our doctor, thought we'd mention this as may make us eligible for disabled adapted property.
