Neighbours we have met are all friendly and pleasant people. The property is all electric with a smart meter and solar panels on the roof which makes the bills cheaper the the usual. We have a private garden at the front of the property and a comunal garden area at the rear. All amenities are close by; shops, supermarkets, doctors or health centres are within a few minuets walking distance. Public trans port is also nearby consisting of; Trams, Trains and bus services.
