New carpets and vinyl throughout. New shed in private garden. Large kitchen diner. 2 large bedrooms 1 small.Close to main tescos and schools. Bus routes. 10mins to Stokes Bay beach (Solent) & Lee on the Solent beach,you can sit on the beach and see The Isle of Wight which is just a ferry ride across. Alver Village and nature reserve 3 mins walk away, It might seem like I'm in a town but it is not all lots of different nature walks and ponds within walking distance, very Historic town & Mary Rose at Portsmouth dockyard just 5 mins on the ferry, I have started decorating but my son got rushed in for emergency brain surgery so it's all come to a halt.
