Mutual house exchange council or housing

Hi , I have a large 2 bedroom semi detached council house, large back garden (that now needs attention) has a summer house ,2 large storages we had made , an outside undercover storage barns, bedroom 1 is very large with built in wardrobes , need some TLC, a built in large cupboard, bedroom 2 is a double with built in wardrobe, im I a lovely CIL-de-sac , been here for 12 years , but lost my partner so the house does need cosmetic attention I?m looking for 2-3 bedroom council or housing association house , preferably with a downstairs toilet , 2 double bedrooms not a large garden unless it?s a garden that doesn?t need much upkeep , a house that also doesn?t need much doing to it , as I?m on my own now & have health conditions, hence my reason on considering moving to a coastal town without being to far from my family
