It is a big flat, lovely hallway.two big built in cupboard s in hallway,new kitchen,new bathroom going in this year, double glazed, Central heating,massive communal gardens just a step outside my door,washing lines,pets are permitted,really lovely neibours,only 1person above me,parking for residents and visitors,bus stop across the road to town,hospital and local vineyards with shops,post office,chemist ,doctors, co-ops, takeaways,hair dressers.There are only 4flats in the block really peacefully,at all times.My rent is 104. 97 a week,no other expenses
