Hi, I am in a three bedroom end terrace house with a big garden but no real parking. It has 3 upstairs bedrooms, 1 big double and two small doubles. It has an almost new kitchen and bathroom and a medium sized living room. It also benefits from a conservatory (not glass roof, it is a solid sloped roof) that if heating was fitted could be a 4th very large bedroom. The bathroom is behind the kitchen downstairs. It is fully carpeted (6 months old), but only partially decorated.
I moved in 6 months ago, but am now no longer need the garden or extra room (conservatory).
I am therefore looking for a 3 bedroom apartment (must be Norwich city council), preferably with it's own door and no intercom system.
