It's sheltered accommodation so have to be over 55yrs but can be younger if you are already registered for sheltered housing or have a need for it, I was 52yrs when I came here, so if you are under 55yrs you can come here if you are already registered for this type of housing or have a need for it. I'm looking for a 1bedroomed flat,house, massonette,or bungalow,can be sheltered or general needs-(normal housing). If a flat,and property is above 2 floors (2 flights of stairs to climb) the building would have to have a lift, depending on how many stairs to climb and if they are steep.
