Large semi 3bed house

We are looking to exchange our house for a house in bosham west Sussex, our house is a large semi 3 bedroom house and we are looking to down size to a 2bedroom house or bungalow. We have a large garden in the back and a large garden in the front which part of the front garden has off road parking with a drop a kerb. The house is in good decorative order. The back garden has two sheds a medium sized pond with lots of fish in it. The reason for the exchange is where we are oaps and all the children now left and now being disabled we need a mallet place. I cannot cope with the gardens now. We are not interested in flats so please no time wasters.
