Looking to downsize due to health issues

Hi, I have a large semi-detached 3 bedroom house with good size bedrooms, toilet downstairs, family size bathroom upstairs & long wide living room with door leading into the back garden. The kitchen is a good size with a storage room off it. Front & back gardens are big. Lovely neighbours & great road in general. I am disabled & my health is getting worse so I need to downsize as there is only myself & daughter living here now. Its getting more & more difficult for me to maintain the house. Ideally I would prefer a bungalow however a 2 bed house that can be adapted would be fine
