Currently living in a 2 bedroom house. I have a spacious living room with understairs cupboard and front room.I also have a kitchen which is a little small but lots of storage Up stairs I have a landing and 1 double room with a cupboard for storage and a very spacious bathroom and 1 small room.
I have fitted all new doors in the property and fitted with some of the best flooring and carpet throughout. Due to have LVT fitted in the kitchen. All walls have been painted white mostly. Will need very little work doing to the house as I have put my heart and soul into making this a home.
In terms of location it is a 10min walk from the town centre and 5 min drive on the bus or car. There is a park over the road which is ideal as does not have a back garden but has a front lawn.
I am only looking to move as I plan to have a child in the near future and would like to be closer to my sons nursery as I am unable to drive and I will be working in the Warwickshire area.
I can also consider leaving items such as bed frames and shelvings.
