Hi I have a 4 bedroom property in Dorchester and looking to swap in same area.My current property is 4 bedrooms which is 2 small rooms and 2 middle sized rooms.A large kitchen which fits a table and chairs in and still room to walk in.Lounge is a large size but at the moment I?ve split the room with temporary wall to make a extra bedroom as I need a 5 bedroom.(wall can be took down to make back into large lounge)
I?ve a small bathroom with shower over bath and also a downstairs toilet.There is also 4 storage cupboards that are in landing/hallway.
Front on house has a front lawn that is manageable as not oversized and a nice sized back garden which isn?t too big but not small as at the moment I?ve a large shed in garden with electric sockets and shed is used as a gym at the moment.
I?m looking do a 5 bedroom property or a 4 bedroom property with a dinning room that could turn into a 5th bedroom in the poundbury area in Dorchester.(a extra bathroom would be brilliant)
