Warden Assisted home swap required

I am looking for a home swap for my elderly mother who cannot access the internet. She lives in a warden assisted flat in Nuneaton and needs to come back to the south to be near family as her health deteriorates. She has a lovely bed sit that has an open plan lounge/bedroom with a concertina door to seperate, plus a wet room, a kitchen and a large storage room. Her bed sit is on the ground floor and benefits from a key fob entry system. There is a large garage at front of home which houses mobility scooters if required. There are Non-resident management staff and a Careline alarm service There are Stairs, lift(s), Lounge, Laundry, Guest room, garden and off street parking. My Mum needs to find a property with all these benefits that she currently has but in a town closer to her family which are based in Redhill and Horsham. She has requested Reigate but will consider other areas that are within a short drive. A warden assisted property with an alarm system is a MUST.
