Ideally I would like a one bed flat but as my bungalow is a studio. I?m going for a straight forward swap My bungalow is beautifully decorated and includes ?2,000 study bed. Which opens up plenty of space during the day and a cosy bedroom at night The garden is large and almost completely land scaled with a 12x8 summer house and a small pond with a waterfall It?s in a very pretty village and just 25 minutes to Worthing beach and town centre 25mins from Brighton or Chichester The village has a post office and general store an organic butcher and four pubs and restaurants. The food is superb Buses for Worthing run on a regular basis
