2 bedroom 1st floor flat in over 55s.Patio door and balcony. Very warm. Monthly charges cover heating and hotwater. It is nice and quiet. It is also reasonably spacious. Very friendly people and If it was nearer to St Leonards warrior square we would not be looking elsewhere. We like where Terrace court is in Terrace road or anything near the seafront, but no higher than 1st floor, with lift.Would love a bungalow.
