Spacious flat in Dartmouth, Devon.

I have a spacious flat 40 yds from the waterfront in Dartmouth with views of the Dart/Kingswear/ Naval College. I was assessed as autistic with sensory issues in mid-2023 and multiple-dwelling was making me ill. I am looking for somewhere in Brixham, Goodrington, or Teignmouth. I will consider other areas but being near the sea is very important. I want a flat, or bungalow, it must be quiet and well-insulated with outside space in a good area. It must not be too small or a studio/bedsit. Most of all, bright for most of the day as I have depression and dark properties make me ill. A small garden would be fantastic. I have a one-bed with a great walk-in shower. The lounge is 16ft x 10ft, as is the bedroom. The kitchen is a good size. It was renovated before I moved in, so is in very good order. The building is secure and has a resident's lounge, garden and free laundry. It is 2 mins from the town in a quiet location. The lounge has a large panoramic window.
