I have a 2009 3 storey newbuild. Only 1 other tenant lived her before me. 2 very large bedrooms and one double that is the box room but is huge. Medium sized garden that is in the process of being cleared out completely bar the shed. Standard living room, small kitchen. I am in the process of repainting the house neutral so it will be a blank canvas for potential swapper, all except the living room which is a very light grey with recently laid vinyl flooring. Ideally I need a 4 bed. I will take most areas into consideration except but ideally want the outskirts of leicestershire if possible. not beaumont leys or mowmacre hill area though please.
