Lovely 1 bed flat in Broadstairs over 50

Beautiful 1 bed flat , 5 minutes walk from the lovely Viking bay ,and the shops the other way ( 5 minutes) It?s in a cul de sac, no traffic, a huge window in the living room, where the sun beams in, and the view is our gardens, the allotments and the park. You can actually see the sea from the bedroom. I felt so lucky to get it, spent ?2000 on the flooring 10 years ago, it?s still immaculate. If you get this place , you will be so lucky??
