1 bedroom ground floor flat with own gar

So I love were I am.. ive been here 2 years in January it's just not big enough as I have a son and he's 3 years old and needs his own room.. I got brand new carpets when I moved here and it was freshly decorated I havent redone anything but the carpets have been well looked after I steam once a week the garden is a decent size so is the living room and bedroom kitchen and bathroom are small ish but there ok..
