Unique modern 2 bed home

Reluctant exchange. Absolutely love my home but in need of my own bedroom due to giving it up for my Son (previously sharing with Sister). I have lived in my modern, respectful complex since first built approx 16 years ago and I have never had a single days problem. That being one of many reasons I was reluctant to exchange prior to now. My home is a beautiful first floor 2 bedroom flat that I take great pride in. Close to everything you need- schools, Town Centre, Doctors, Dentist, many parks and train station 2 mins walk away. I have one spacious bedroom with built-in wardrobes and though bedroom two also has built-in wardrobes it is smaller in size- though is comfortably sized (fits double bed, desk, large IKEA drawers). Living room is rather large and a very unique Hexagon shape which gives it much character. Bathroom is small but big enough. Kitchen is large with window and larder cupboard that comes in very handy. One added bonus is that I have a long landing sectioned off from the communal stairs with my own fire door. Very safe area that is quiet and friendly. Looking for 3 bedroom house with garden either in Camberley/ neighbouring areas or Woking. Please note that I'm new to the site and will be adding photos shortly.
