Victorian Conversion

Hi, I have a lovely 2 bedroom 1st floor flat with a large private rooftop terrace garden in W9 3BJ. I'm 5 mins walk from. Buses:187, 6, 316 Queens Park Station - Bakerloo Line & Overground Thames Link Queens Park with nature walk, restaurant, tennise court, golf course. Farmers Market every Sunday. 15 mins: Bus journey to West End Walk to famous vibrant Portobello Market River Kilburn High St with all major stores Little Venice Although I'm classes as Maida Vale, I'm on the edge of Queens Park. Both are sought after areas London and great travel locations zone 2. Its a victorian conversion with 4 flats. Very quiet and peaceful, freindly neighbours all professionals. Most aren't here as away travelling for work etc. I'm looking for a 2 bedroom house or flat WITH A GARDEN as outside space is essential for me. I'm open to a very large 1 bedroom also. I prefer to stay close to my area as love where I live. However open to Richmond, Chiswick and W9, W2, W10, W11 areas. Thank you
