Relocation needed

I have a beautiful 3 bed with an additional outside downstairs that’s been converted into a bedroom and is now part of the house. We do have steps to the property so it’s not suitable for disabled We have just 2 months ago replaced all the downstairs flooring costing a lot Back garden is spit level with oak sleepers and a new kitchen a few years old This is a good sized 3 bed We are looking to move to harwich / Dovercourt and surrounding areas due to work commitments changing The commute with the kids school is a lot So seriously looking to move asap
