Hello. We are looking at a potential swap for the right house/area. We have on offer our 2 double bedroom semi detached house with separate dining room. It also has a utility room, extra outside toilet, a driveway and front and back gardens. It's an older house so very large. We are in the rural village Milborne St Andrew in a quiet close. Walking distance to the shop, pub, village hall, playpark, bus stops. Central heating, bath with shower, pets allowed. ?166 a week rent. We are looking for a 3 bedroom house with separate dining room, parking, Central heating (basically what we have now!) But in Dorchester. Not a Housing estate please and not a terraced house.
