Swap wanted

I have a one bedroom flat at Abbey Wood London SE2. It's very spacious. Large bedroom. Large living room and a good sized kitchen and a good sized bathroom. I have been happy living here for the past 9 years and remain happy. I pay my council tax to Bexley, Kent Council, I am on the Kent border. I live on the 7th floor. The housing association are moving me out soon to a brand new flat with a good compensation package to a flat they are in the process of building locally, as they are developing the area extensively and will be demolishing all the properties along my road. If I find a swap before this happens the compensation package will be yours but if the move happens after you will have a brand new flat. Abbey Wood is a nice area, 20 mins from Central London via train (the new Elizabeth Line) which is 10 mins away. Lesnes Abbey Wood is right on my doorstep which is lovely for walks. I am approaching retirement, and want to move closer to my son around the Lancashire area.DM Email
