Serious Swapper looking For Village Loca

I have a 2 bed mid terrace house South Borehamwood. Both are doubles, one big enough for a super king size bed. New roof, kitchen, heating, double glazing and bathroom with power shower above bath. great garden with decking, lean 2 , laid to lawn and flower beds,huge man cave with power at bottom of a good size garden. A solid brick built house in a decent street with good neighbours all round. House has been fully upgraded throughout. Sadly leaving to be near family after relationship break down. I am looking to relocate to another 2 bed house with parking in a rural / village location with good dog walks and village pub close to A1 anywhere between St Albans and St Neots. Am open to multi swaps. I am a VERY serious swapper who is fed up with time wasters and just wants to move ASAP
