My home is classed as a 2 bed but is in fact a 3 bed so is too big for me.
I have 2 double bedrooms upstairs. the first room is at the front. The second one bedroom is used as an office. There is a large bathroom with bath & shower, & a seperate toilet. 2 large storage closets & 2 lofts.
Downstairs, at the front, is the lounge with the original stone fireplace that we found behind the wallpaper. Next along the hall is my double bedroom which looks out into the garden. Carrying on along the hall there is a pantry under the stairs then leads into the dining room & a small kitchen. The dining room has a door to the garden as does the kitchen.
My garden is grassed with a vegetable patch & an area for our garden furniture.

The parking is on the road and restricted to permit holders & guests only so there are always spaces available. The WG parking zone covers quie a long way and includes right up to the tube station and the Mall shopping area which are both about 10 mins walk away and in Zone 3
Alexandra Palace is about a 20 min walk away or the W3 goes stroight through where there is a farmers market every sunday and a beautiful garden centre. Further on is Crouch End full of very interestesting shops or Muswell Hill.
