New build in the sought after village in Methley, Leeds26

I have a 3bed newish build in Methley . It is a very picturesque village, we have a huge nature reserve called St Aidans, that has featured on Springwatch a few times, we have lots of wildlife here. Easy access to motorways, Leeds, Wakefield, Pontifract, Rothwell and Castleford all a short drive away . The house itself has a lovely feel to it, not overlooked. Has a separate private drive to the side of the back garden that can fit up to 3 cars. As a housing association we are only s handful of houses on a private estate. There’s s lovely little park at the end of the street. The only reason I am wanting to move is to be closer to my daughter and grandchildren.
