Looking for a new chapter :)

I've a very spacious 3 bedroom apartment in the city of Edinburgh (just off gorgie road-st Nicholas place (newish build) I'm not in a rush to move as it is great here, everything you need is literally a stone throw away! However i am looking for a house or bungalow with private garden. The flat has only 4 levels and there is a modern lift. Even though I'm in the city centre it is quite quiet especially at night. The apartment is very bright and a sun trap with double glazing and there are R+J balconies in the livingroom (2) and there is 2 bedrooms with balconies also. High power pressure shower over bath,neutral decor which im in the process of freshening it all up and there is laminate flooring throughout the whole flat. There is private parking and also disabled parking. I have heat source which is basically the same GCH but it's extremely cheap plus the heating rarely needs to be on as these flats are warm! Neighbours are polite, shared front garden, well maintained stair
