We have a large storage cupboard with a key for bikes etc on the ground floor by the entrance. There is a balcony to sit out or hang washing. There are storage cupboards for every room including 3 in the hallway so plenty of space. All tenants are over 50 and mostly single women. The flat opposite are the best neighbours you'll ever have. Its very quiet, you can hear the birds and we have a view of the large tree in the garden outside the main bedroom window. We are looking for a similar area. Would fit a double bed in all bedrooms, all good sizes. Large communal gardens although there are private little spots to sit out both at the front and the back of the building. Some neighbours have pets and use the garden to meet and talk and the children use it to play. Its a lovely flat and this road is very sought after. The lady here before us was here 20+ years, as have most of the other tenants. Needs new flooring throughout as we laid solid wooden flooring when we moved in as flat came without any flooring so we will be taking up and bringing with us. Painted last year as flat was shell. We need a house now for our growing family with a garden,would suit someone looking to downsize from a house to a flat but still having ample space. Would even suit a family, we educate at home so we need the space of a house. Happy to view your home and have you view my home the same day to see if we are both interested.
