Home swap 2 bedr to 3-4 bedr. Thanks

My 2 bedroom home is in a peaceful location with friendly neighbours, it is on the ?main? road leading from Hexham to Corbridge. Our paved front garden meets a secure back garden which is spacious, with a large shed, maintained lawns, plants and bushes. The back 3/4s of the garden has sun all day long. Downstairs, it has a large living space with 2 bright windows, a hallway space and an under stair cupboard. We also have a small kitchen, which can fit a narrow table with 3 chairs. Our stairs curve, creating 3 separate landings, where the windows provide a lot of natural light. Upstairs there is a large main bedroom, small bedroom (small-double bed with furniture sort of size), and a small bathroom (bath only) with a large storage cupboard. We have 3, soon to be 4 children and them sharing one bedroom is not realistic, we would love to find someone to swap homes with who would like a smaller home, who is living in a 3 (preferably 4) bedroom house.
