Newly decorated with new carpets and new flooring throughout,balconies at front and rear of property. Underfloor heating throughout, Good size bedroom (we have a king size bed) and still plenty room for rest of furniture, big living room beautifully decorated with access to good size balcony that gets sun from morning till early evening. also located underneath us on ground floor is a newsagents/convenience shop with a great selection of shops all along our street petrol station also at end of road next to the takeaway shops and tanning shop beauty salons X2 and a cafe seriously couldn't ask for a better location 5 mins walk to sea front and to ferry terminals. I hate to leave this place but need the extra bedroom for new addition.
